Advizzu ("we," "us," "our") provides AI spokesperson video production services for local businesses. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or become a client, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us directly — name, business name, phone number, email, and WhatsApp messages — when you request a demo, ask a question, or place an order.
- Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe processes and secures all payment data under its own PCI-compliant systems.
- Content you send us to produce your videos — photos of finished jobs, your logo, business name, and any details you want mentioned on screen.
How we use it
- To build your custom AI avatar and produce the videos included in your package.
- To communicate with you about your order, delivery, and account.
- To process payment through Stripe and keep basic records for accounting and tax purposes.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only outside party that ever sees your payment details is Stripe, solely to process your payment.
Refund policy: All sales are final. Because each package includes custom production work built specifically for your business, we don't offer refunds once a package is purchased. You can pause or adjust your plan at any time by contacting us.
Your content, your videos
The finished videos we deliver belong to your business, and you're free to use them however you like. The AI avatar itself is not handed over as a file — we build and keep it on our system, and use it exclusively for your business on every future video you order. We don't reuse your specific avatar likeness for any other client.
Data retention and removal
We keep your information for as long as you're an active client, plus a reasonable period after for accounting records. If you'd like your information removed from our systems, message us on WhatsApp or email us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
